Tuesday, June 8, 2021, Jason Reese here at 400 towers here in Batavia, New York. Halfway through 2021, hoping i can make it another 6 months.  Feel healthy, have  a place to live and  have a job, hope to continue this pattern to at least the end of the year.  

I have began the process getting exercises back into my routine, currently 3 days a week and 30 minutes . they include, stretching, planks, crunches, jumping jacks, then off to the exercise room. Also, i have began to lower the sugar and fat intake in my diet

Have really began getting into arts and crafts, drawing, playing guitar and editing are part of the activities i do.

Winter 2021

 Three months into 2021.  Nothing overly dramatic.  I believe i am losing weight. Less sugar, more fruit and veggies. It is the one year anniversary of covid 19, lockdowns.  I will be getting the phizer vaccine monday 3'15'2021.  I hope all goes well. Will be returning to work on 3 16 20212, after a scheduled, week off

Finally, hoping to begin to get new equipment, for the upcoming, 2021-22  Broadcast season.  Time will Tell.

Relaxing here in Batavia, y.  Have a scheduled, oral surgeon, appointment.Office, is in Rochester, Ny.  growth at the bottom right, lip.  Checking to see if, cancerous.  Will know in about a week

February 2019

The 2nd month of 2019, has been interesting. First The Super Bowl was great. Pats win 13-3 over the Rams. Next, the weather has been very cold. Snow, ice and wind, all in the same week. Finally, My personal self, has been stuck in low gear, my health, physical and mental are doing ok.  Looking to upgrade both.

Christmas Eve

     Started the morning green, it will be a white Christmas. A snow squall off Lake Erie and we have about 3" of snow here in Batavia, New York on Christmas Eve. I had plans to walk around, but it looks like i'm going to clean, watch the pope and have a relaxing Christmas.

Sunday, November 18,2018. Sitting watching NFL and relaxing. Snowy and cloudy today.  This week is Thanksgiving, work Mon-Wed, hang out with a friend on Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving Thursday, work friday, sat and sunday off.
